Theme management¶
Themes are one of the two classification axes in Atomic (alongside groups). They indicate the content domain an element belongs to — for example "Pain management", "Relaxation" or "Exercises".
Each theme has its own colour that appears on the periodic table tiles and in overviews.
Viewing themes¶
Navigate to Themes via the menu. You'll see an overview of all themes showing:
- The colour (as a circle)
- The name of the theme
- The number of elements linked to the theme
Creating a theme¶
- Click + Nieuw Thema (New Theme)
- Enter a name
- Choose a colour from the palette or enter a hex code (e.g.
#FF5733) - Click Thema Aanmaken (Create Theme)
The new theme appears immediately in the overview and becomes available when creating or editing elements.
Editing a theme¶
- Hover over the theme and click the pencil icon
- Change the name or colour
- Click Wijzigingen Opslaan (Save Changes)
The colour change is reflected on all tiles in the periodic table.
Deleting a theme¶
- Open the theme via the pencil icon
- Click Verwijderen (Delete, red, bottom-left)
- Confirm the deletion
Protection
A theme can only be deleted when no elements are linked to it. Move or delete the elements first if the theme is still in use.
