Frequently Asked Questions¶
Access¶
Who can sign in to Atomic?¶
Anyone with a @solriz.nl Google account has automatic access. Additionally, individual accounts can be approved by the administrator.
I can't sign in — what now?¶
Check that you're signing in with the correct Google account. If you don't have a @solriz.nl address, contact the administrator to have your account added.
Elements¶
What's the difference between a theme and a group?¶
- A theme describes the content: what is the element about? (e.g. "Pain management", "Relaxation")
- A group describes the type: what kind of element is it? (e.g. "Education", "Physical Exercises")
Each element has exactly one theme and one group. You can filter on both.
What do CORE and OPTIONAL mean?¶
- CORE — this element is a mandatory part of the session
- OPTIONAL — this element can be added, but is not required
Per placement, not per element
The same element can be CORE in one program and OPTIONAL in another. The marking is on the placement in the session, not on the element itself.
Programs¶
Can I accidentally break a program?¶
Changes are saved immediately. There is no "undo" button. Be careful when removing sessions or elements.
Be careful when deleting
If you remove a session from a program, the links between that session and its elements are also removed. The elements themselves remain in the library.
Can I use an element in multiple programs?¶
Yes, elements are reusable. One element can appear in multiple sessions and multiple programs. Changes to the element itself (name, description) are reflected in all programs where it is used.
Other¶
In which languages is Atomic available?¶
The interface is currently in Dutch. Multilingual support will be added in the future. Elements and programs are in Dutch.
Can I use Atomic on my phone?¶
The periodic table and element details are visible on a phone, but the program builder (with drag & drop) works best on a larger screen.
